Terms & Conditions

By attending a class or workshop with Train with Chelsie, you agree to the following terms:

Owner Responsibility

• All dogs remain the responsibility of their owner at all times during training sessions.
• Owners must ensure their dog is under control and supervised throughout the class.
• You are solely responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog to another dog, person, or property.

Equipment Policy

To ensure safety and support fair, effective training:

We recommend a flat collar or well-fitting harness and a standard (non-retractable) lead.

Bring plenty of high-value treats and a favourite toy if your dog enjoys play as a reward.

Health & Safety

Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and not attend class if unwell or showing signs of illness.

If your dog has a history of aggression or reactivity, please contact us before attending. We may recommend a 1-to-1 session before joining group classes.

Public Space Disclaimer

Classes are held in public parks or shared spaces, which may include distractions such as off-lead dogs or members of the public.

While every effort is made to create a safe and structured learning environment, Train with Chelsie cannot be held liable for the behaviour or actions of third-party dogs or individuals in these spaces.

Respect & Conduct

Please respect other owners, dogs, and the trainer. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class.

If you are running late or cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
